The goal of Open Source SIP is to encourage the creation of commercially viable SIP applications. To do this, we created server and client applications, OpenSBC and OSSPhone, that provide basic SIP functionality in a stable and scalable package (we know, because we use them in the real world everyday). While OpenSBC and OSSPhone are extremely useful and capable applications out-of-the-box, they have been designed to be easily extended and modified. Open Source SIP is maintained by Solegy LLC.
