2 questions (jitter + network)

Hi,

I want to implement jitter setting dialog like eyebeam/xlite, can anybody help me how can i set options like Arrival Convergence Factor , Variance Convergence Factor etc...

2nd question: i have 2 internet connections(wired and wireless) , how can i select connection at runtime ?
