1. The problem I am having now is SIP NOTIFY for REMOTE UA are not working.
2. Local UA can receive NOTIFY for MWI and for SIP NOTIFY EVENTS

Joegen I sent some pcaps of Local UA receiveing NOTIFY and Remote UA getting stuck.. to your EMAIL on july 17, I will resend again
